Their products have since gained considerable appreciation.
The range of frozen products made with artisan methods and fresh, top-quality primary ingredients is intended for consumption both outside the home and at home at different times of the day.
The aim is to make these "Made in Salento" products known and appreciated outside the region and Italy, supplying both retail stores and food-service establishments.
